Terms of Service

These terms govern the aircond services provided by AC Service Pro Cheras ("we", "us", "our") to our residential and commercial customers ("you", "customer"). By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services Offered

We provide aircond chemical wash, repair, installation, gas top-up, standard cleaning and related HVAC services for wall split, ceiling cassette, and multi-split systems across Cheras and the wider Klang Valley.

2. Pricing & Quotes

All pricing is published on our pricing page and confirmed in writing via WhatsApp before any work begins. Standard pricing covers transport within core Cheras coverage; distant areas may incur a RM30-50 surcharge disclosed upfront.

Quotes are valid for 14 days from issue. Prices may vary if the actual condition of the unit differs materially from the information provided at the time of booking.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due on completion of the service. We accept cash, bank transfer (DuitNow, FPX) and card payments on-site. Commercial contracts may be billed monthly on NET-30 terms by prior agreement.

4. Warranty

We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on all service work. If a unit we serviced develops the same issue within 30 days, we will return to re-diagnose and fix the problem at no additional charge, provided the issue is not caused by external factors (power surge, physical damage, third-party tampering).

Chemical wash services include a 1-month gas leak warranty: if refrigerant pressure drops during this period due to a leak we missed, we will re-pressure the system free of charge.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 4 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations after the technician has been dispatched may incur a RM50 travel fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate unit details (brand, HP, age, issue) at the time of booking
  • Ensure safe access to the unit (clear space, ladder access where required)
  • Disclose any known pre-existing damage or unusual installation
  • Settle payment on completion of the agreed work

7. Limitations of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not liable for consequential losses, loss of use, or damage caused by pre-existing faults we did not service.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us first via WhatsApp at 012-2252 623. We will always try to resolve any issue amicably and promptly.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be referred to the courts of Selangor Darul Ehsan.
