Chemical wash (from RM160) is a full strip-down: we dismantle the indoor unit, soak the coil and blower in a cleaning solution, flush the drain pan, and reassemble. Chemical wash also includes a refrigerant check. For any unit older than 18 months or showing weak cooling, we recommend going straight to chemical wash.
