AC Service Pro Cheras was established in 2018 by Mr. Heng after more than a decade servicing residential and commercial cooling systems across the Klang Valley. While taking jobs on the far side of Kuala Lumpur, he kept noticing that residents in his own Cheras neighborhood were waiting days for reliable technicians to reach them, especially during the heaviest monsoon and haze weeks.

What began as a single van operating from a small shop lot near Taman Connaught has grown into a trusted local staple. Word of mouth spread quickly through community WhatsApp groups, resident associations, and landlords managing student apartments near UCSI University. Our promise has never changed: no hidden gas top-up scams, transparent written quotes, and treating every customer's home with respect.

Today our team understands the reality of working in Kuala Lumpur.
